Solid State Simulation

Development of Advanced Packaging for Silicon—Polymer Chip Interconnects. This technology will serve as a basis for upcoming industrial projects in Life Science Complete Systems. Engineers (ME, EE and Production Eng) as well as Applied Physicists are welcome.
